Well it all depends... if you are not feeling hungry or badly in any way and if you are satisfied with the level of detox and amount of weight you're losing, then I would not bother with straining.
Frankly, I like a little pulp in my juices and drinking a bit of pulp didn't bother me. But then, I am not talking about the amount of pulp that would make a smoothie.
So, if you're satisfied over all with your progress (you are aren't you?), I wouldn't worry about it.
Fourteen pounds in five days? Wow... excellent beginning.
