Day 24.....morning

Yesterday I woke up with a sore throat. The day before that, at work, six people had come in with viral infections. So I went to my chiropractor and I also have a viral infection. So I don't know if it's because of those 6 people, my body detoxing, or both!! I also have all this yellow thick gunk coming up from my throat.

This morning I woke up and my throat hurts even more. :( I still have all the gunk in my throat too. And my head is starting to hurt, especially when I bend over, which means a sinus infection; for me anyway.

I was hoping that I'd feel better today, but it looks like I'll have to wait another day.

My weight didn't move from yesterday. I'm still at a 21.6 pound loss, which is great!! I know I'm sick, so I probably won't see another loss until I'm better. I also haven't exercised all week, so that doesn't help either. I am down 4 inches in my waist. That's awesome!

I envy all you where you're having nice weather. Here in Michigan it'll be nice for a few day, which is 50s and 60's, then it'll turn cold and get snow showers. I'm really starting to hate it here. If the winters weren't so long it would be so much better. Last year in the middle of April, on my daughters birthday we got 10 inches of snow!! That's CRAZY!
