Re: hunger pangs

I did want to get through the fast without taking an enema but the senna tea was not working so I ended up doing it on Sunday night with horrible results. I couldn't find a large volume bag so I just bought one of those ready to use fleet enemas. While reading the ingredients in the bathroom it crossed my mind to dump it our and just use water but I didn't. The laxative in the enema gave me aweful cramps all night and coupled with the hunger it was not good. I had just come off of two days of just water as well.
No I'm not chewing anything. I'm not taking protien and I'm not lactating. Yes I am a woman. I do feel a little better today. The feeling that my stomach is in knots seems to have past for now. Of course that seems to increase throughout the day so we shall see. Tweet
