Re: Fear of messing up
Regarding, "I'm also scared. I'm scared of messing up and over eating. I scared of reversing all the good that I've done to my body."
Maybe you can channel that fear into a deep respect for your body. Reflect on how wonderfully it has worked at cleansing when you gave it the rest. Remember how hard not eating was, and how hard you worked to stick with it. This can help cultivate a better attitude toward your body. Then you won't want to pollute it with a bunch of junk.
Also, your taste is changing. Don't rush back to comfort foods. Find new ones that are healthy. Raw fruits and vegees will taste better than they ever have. Try new ones. You'll be amazed!
Another point: watch your portions. Your newly shrunk stomach will stretch out quickly with big portions of anything, even salads. Start small. Remember how little it took to keep you alive during the fast. You don't need huge portions. Your body will be overwhelmed. Give it the respect it deserves, and you won't "mess up" or undo anything. You'll continue to detox and regain health.
Finally, easier said than done. I have not followed the above advice, and that's why I'm fasting again!
