Juicing machines and extreme confusion!!

Hello to all, and many thanks for the hours of informative reading!
Question however, after reading the many threads we'd decided that there was alot of juicing machine info, and still had not found/heard of one for us---or really that the choices are too broad.
We are totally new to this, completely. Would like a cost effective machine that is easy to clean (dishwasher maybe?), doesn't require cutting up too much, will juice fruit/veg, and will produce a dry type pulp. I was thinking the Omega line served all this. But then it also sounds like a food processor that also does juicing as a secondary.

I'm hoping to spend at least a portion of April juicing for weight loss, and Master-Cleanse for cleansing at the end of April.
