Whatever you do, you want to do it with moderation. I've broken with a papaya, that was really good. I've also seen people suggest stewed prunes, which sounds yucky, but good for you...
But you don't want to eat a whole bunch of different foods that first day, and you don't want to eat too much of anything either. Also, keep drinking and juicing while you break, so you can transition over a day or two, at least.
