Water weight loss. Juice fasting vs Master Cleanse?

For those who have done both, did you happen to lose WATER weight faster with like green juice fasting or the Master Cleanse?

I've never done a green juice fast and I am wondering if it would be even faster for me. I bloat up easily, I litteraly gain at least 20lbs of water retention and it always takes me about 20 days on the Master-Cleanse before I really start to lose 1lb a day. I have low thyroid issues so I am prone to being bloated and holding water. I think I may possibly have Candida too so maybe all that Sugar from from the maple and fruit isn't helping either.

I might even attempt Water Fasting for a day or 2 to see what that does.

So yeah, I want to lose 20lbs of water weight without doing a long fast.
