You know, it's best to start to eat in morning because you're active and able to digest easier. Night time is really when the body begins a cleansing process.
Wait to see what others say on the topic, too. I just know that everything I've read says a new hunger is a real "done" sign. I fasted 145 days once and didn't get a new hunger until day 145. And it was a rip-roaring hunger, too. It came along with hunger pangs that were quite loud, so I pretty much knew my fast was done. lol :) I was shocked that it took that long for my body to say it was done. But it all depends on where you are in health. ;)
