Thanks for the great answers Dazzle. I've been lurking for the past week or so and finally made the leap to become a member. I was going to ask this question myself, and you pretty much confirmed to me what I expected. It's been about six months since I've been "on the path", but I've been getting ready to go the past couple of weeks. Spring has sprung and it's time to juice fast!! Sure will miss my nightly glass of wine for those first few days though : (
