Congrats on getting to day 30, and I ordered Airola's book a few days ago online and am waiting for it to arrive.
Just out of curiosity, in the course of a longer fast you must inevitably get pushback from people who don't share your same enthusiasm for health. Does that wear on you, and if so, how do you deal with it? I anticipate the attention that a long fast would draw for me would strain my efforts to stay focusd. What method do you use? I heard that things like daily self-talks work for this, in addition to others.
