read some of the blogs that are about juice fasts and you will get a lot of information on how people feel. the first days were really rough for me too, you just have to really want to do it and keep going knowing that it will get better. to combat the hunger have more juice especially the veggie's (not my favourtite but really help you through the hard times). i have being off the fast for 10 days now and lost another 4 pounds - but i am mostly eating raw fruits and veggies. i guess its like anything if you go back to the lifestyle that caused you to gain the weight than i suppose the weight will come back on. good luck and hang in there. think about startign your own blog it really helped me get through my 30 day fast.
