day 15 - weak/depresseed ADVICE PLEASE

Day 15 of juice fasting
I am feeling weak today and depressed - I'm sure my
Depression has something to do with being injured and not being able to run since JAn 8 - I run ALOT!!
(marathons)
BUt I also feel hungry and a bit dizzy. My throat is horse and I just feel blurry...
My tongue is a nice pick, just the vary back is a bit yellow/white...
I feel like I want to stop, but read somewhere that yuo should not stop on a down.
I am on a down...I'm so used to lifting weights 4-5 times a week, running 3-4 times a week and just being VERY active...
this injury is killin me!!
I am also wondering of fasting is hindering recovery.....?
Should I break the fast or keep going till I feel better??
What if a day goes by and I don;t feel better??
