Re: Juicing when working-lunch and other question

Juicing is more supportive, equally cleansing... but definitely a lot more work!

I have done lots of MC, lots of juice... and love both for different reasons. The Master-Cleanse is so SIMPLE! But juice is definitely more support for the long haul. When I did my big 60 day thing it was 48 days MC, then on to day 60 with juices, which picked me up and carried me through in bionic fashion!

Of course the fresher the juice the better. However, it is not practical to expect every glass to be freshly juiced... I do enough fruit for the day I am on and the next morning, then without cleaning the juicer to up veggies for that pm and the next afternoon, so I am never caught without juice when I need it!

You should drink 3-6 cups juice daily, along with lots of water and herb teas if you like. Do continue a colon cleansing routine every fasting day.

I put juices in plastic water bottles to go, throw them in the freezer til very cold and carry out in a thermal bag. You could use a small ice chest too...

I also bag juices, so I can squeeze out all the air, then put the bag in a leakproof container. Obviously the key is to keep juices cold and exposed to light and air as little as possible.

Enjoy that juice!
