What Cleanse/Fast would be best?

Hello and happy new year people;

I am hoping for some good direction for the most appropiate juice fast and cleanse for the symptoms I have suffered and continue to suffer from. I have just cleared my busy plate to allow for a focused 3 months of self nuturing; daily yoga & meditation, juicing and bowel cleasinsing (enemas).

I would much appreciate assistance with formulating a program that enables a formula for success. Not necessarily for the entire 3 months; perhaps sequential parts.

I am active male in my 30s with a high metoblism - 6'0 and 165lbs. I eat mainly vegetarian with the odd serving of fish for protein.

Challenges;
- Munchies and binging, paticularly sugar, especially chocolate. If it is not around (in the house) I can abstain, but I am capable of chowing and entire bag of chocolate cookies in one sitting and still go for more.
- Patience to cook for myself, partially becasue I am not sure what or how to cook anything more than Kraft Dinner (a bit of an understatment, but not much).
- Forgetting to drink enough water throughout the day.

As for my past health history. I have always been active and suffered from miagranes when I was young (not enought water). A few years back I suffered from candida quite badly and altered my diet by eating little or no breads and greatly reduced the amount of alcohol I drink - no beer. This has lessened the more severe symptoms, particularly bladder urgency.

I have done the wild rose herbal cleanse twice in the last year, it has ggod results but I would like to try a different approach than taking all those herbal pills.

Currently I suffer from:
canker sores
hemmoroids
low back pain
headaches (in the morning mostly)
pain behind my eyes
consistent mucus in my throat
stiffness

Occassionally;
hard stool that has razor blades in it
a yellow fungus that grows on my underarm hair, that a couple of doctors have not been able to diagnose, i think it may be the over abundence of yeast coming out of my over active sweat glands

Supplements that I am taking presently include:
Udos 3-6-9 oil blend
Greens plus

Occassionally
probiotics
Tumeric capsules

I have done a little research on the internet for home based enema kits. They range from $20 to $80 US. Buckets vs bags? Are the solubles offered with these kits good? What enemas would be best for me - coffee, wheat grass, salt water, herbal teas, etc.. ANy recommendations?

That is about it.

ANy help would be appreciated.

THanks for your time.

Peace
