You don't HAVE to do anything!!

But that said, a Liver Flush does just what it advertises. Check out the Liver Flush Forum and read what lots of folks who are doing it have to say, and look at pictures of what people have flushed from their livers!!

And the oil isn't straight--you mix it with fresh grapefruit juice. This doesn't make it any yummier--this isn't a yummy situation. You do the flush as written, and out comes the gunk. Whether or not this is worth it to you is a personal thing.
