What am I on day five or so. I am realy not sure how many calories I am taking in. I am not super consistant. I am trying to have juice three times a day. I have just some wheat grass juice in the morning, when i get home from work I have some vegetable juice which I usually mix some carrots and an apple for flavor and then some fruit juice a bit later for a treat if I get around to it. I am having pretty big glasses each time except for the wheat grass. Best of luck on your fast.
