Well, I caved after only 1 day. Starting over today. Have been feeling very bloated and want that empty feeling. It's been a while since I successfully fasted, but I've got support and a good attitude (for me, that's half the battle).
I have an event in about 7 weeks, so I'm hoping to stay on juice fasting/MC for about 6 weeks; then I'll slowly add in raw foods. Time to order those teflex sheets for my dehydrator, so I'll have them in time to stock up on "snacks" before I leave on our family trip.
I have to keep telling myself to hang in there for the first week. It gets easy for me after that...
