I am starting my first juice/mc/h20 fast tomorrow. First I am going to do a 7 day juice fast followed by 7 days of the mc, 7 days water and then 7 days juice. I plan to break the entire fast with raw foods for another 7 days, slowly incorporating grains and other cooked foods. This will be 28 days of fasting. Any helpful advice or tips? Also if any other people are starting (or have recently started) fasting, any support would be fabulous. I am glad that I found this website, it is nice reading information from "real" people!
