Re: eczema

Hi, i'm 20 yrs old an my situation is similar to yours. I developed eczema around 2 years ago, it came as a severe breakout and my skin is similar to how you described yours. I do agree with aunty that eczema is an internal problem, just treating it from the outside is bound to fail miserably and just suppress the symptoms. My situation is that i took too many Antibiotics and i probably developed candida and leaky gut syndrome, and this diagnosis i believe is right. All medical doctors will not accept leaky gut as a cause of your eczema.

go to www.eczema-usa.com, it has really helped me alot.

for me, the foods you eat does have a great impact on your eczema. Whenever i eat really bad foods like fries, hamburgers, pizzas, etc my skin really turns bad. To test whether food was causing my eczema, i tried going on several fasts (5-7 days), and during these fasts my eczema really decreased alot. What i did on these fasts was eat nothing but pure vegetables & meat (yams, spinach, salad, chicken, etc) and not to eat alot because eczema is also a digestive problem, and if you eat alot of anything your body cannot detoxify itself.

please tell me how you do.

alvin
