I am not saying this will work for sure as you have to address this internally and externally, but it may may help provide some relief. Soak in bath water with 2 cups Epsom Salts and do this every day. It may take a few weeks before you notice any difference. By Ass if you mean the skin on your butt and not your actual anus, then alternatively the following may be worth a try, but don't do this if you mean your anus. Take a cloth, apply rubbing alcohol liberally, and wipe your "dry" bare butt after ever bath. You will notice signs of body oil on the cloth. Keep doing this until you see no more oil on the cloth. Again, it may take a few weeks before you notice a huge difference.
