1.Papaya is a complete food.When you feel hungry eat only papaya for one complete month.This enables cleansing of the complete body.
2.Drink water frequently.15 Glasses a day.(Body cleansing)
3.Exercise or walk for 45 min a day.This enables good blood circulation.
4.Keep you hair and skin clean.NO DANDRUFF.(Use 4 drops of savlon/Detol in a mug of water and clease your hair after a shampoo.
5.Wash you skin regularly with medicated soap or take a pulp of papaya and masssage it on your face and then wash.
You will get rid of all scars and pimples.
