this may sound crazy but ive been making a journal for several months now to see if any foods are resonsible fo my acne. I noticed that a certain periods it would be worse. So, I found dairy products are the culprit for me. Everyones different but if this can help someone then so be it. I cut out cheese and chocolat and yogurt and my forehead is clearing up like a rainy day. Try it out, what do you have to loose. Good Luck.
