Re: Roaccutane (Accutane) results in brain damage

but in that site, under conglobata it says treatments

"Apart from the medical belief that fatty diet increases the probability of sebum secretion, there is only little proof to support such theory. Acnes’ basic treatment is regular washing and application of antiseptic gels in the face.

Oral Antibiotics have been highly recommended for patients of severe acne. Similar to topical Antibiotics , these medications minimize the further growth of acnes and resulting to lessening of inflammations. The dosage is usually descending until the Acne dissolves. However, it is important to note that the bacteria may develop certain immunity against the antibiotic. If this happens, you may switch to other Antibiotics at the prescription of the doctor. Common antibiotics include tetracycline, doxycline, minocycline and erythromycin.

Another potent drug for treating Acne causing cyst is the Isotretinoin. It is also considered an alternative drug to other acnes which are resistant to certain medications. It is administered either once or twice a day for 16 to 20 weeks. It works best on clogged skin spores, skin inflammations, and excess oil production."

the lst paragraph arent they talkin about an accutane type of treatment?
