Re: What is your diet like?

I am a 24 year old male living in New York. I have used Antibiotics but not in the last year since I knew they do a number on my body in the long term. Never used any Acne medications except for a 2 week doxycycline course on which I gave up when I found out that it is simply an anti inflamatory drug and has nothing to do with acne. My diet is pretty good at this point and has been for the last 6 months. i basically cut out all grains 6 months, however at times I will have spelt bread if available. I avoid dairy all together and I substitute with soy milk in my decaf coffee. I don't know whether that might be a contributor to my problem as decafinated coffee is not 100% caffeine free. I eat vegetables at least once a day. I'll have a small salad at least ifnot more a day and I take chlorophyl tablets to get some greens in me. As far as Sugar goes i try to avois it and alcohol, I have once in a while. When I drink i will have my drink with seltzer not sugary drinks like coke.

I know these Liver Flushes work out in the end, I'm just wondering how long it takes. i certainly had good results at the beginning but seem to have taken turn for the worse. I don't know if the Oxypowder is a good product to get the toxins out afterwards. Is there something else that I can use without using enemas, Also, will I break out with the partasite cleanse. I have the kit, I just never commited to doing it. Other than the Liver Flush I have done the Bowel Cleanse for 7 days, on two different occassions. Each time I consumed only fruits and vegetables for the whole 7 days. I am now considering a colonic if I can afford it. I am going to continue with flushes if I can find a good way to get the toxins out. Also, I do have mercury fillings but I got those last year and my Acne hasn't changed at all rather has gotten better if anything.
