i would try to eat more balanced meals... no more fasting for awhile... Eat a diet rich in protein food (eggs,chicken fish)(organic) eat toms of veggies and some fruit...
For Acne around PMS... start taking Evening primrose oil....take 3000mg for the first motnh...then 1000mg after that... I would also start taking zinc and fish oils... 25-50mg of zinc for a month or so..and see if you look and feel different... Get a good fish oil (molecularly distilled) and take it every day(carlsons or nordic naturals are good ones) You could also make some liver herbs such as tumeric dandelion and milk thistle. These are also anti-inflamitories...they are soooo good for you...
