Re: Do you have to refrigirate primal defense
I would slap my parents in the face really hard if they suddenly became typical doctors.
But to answer your question.... Does dirt need to be refrigerated?
Do apples? how about coconuts, or other foods?
to last longer, yes. But the fruit dies faster than the root when seperated from the source of it's life.
I prefer to eat as few things as possable refrigerated because refrigeration lies to you. You can cook some food, put it in the refridgerator for a month, forget about it, and it will still smell the same when you take it out. Even though it 'slows down' because it's cold, doesn't mean it won't decay.
I'd rather not refrigerate things because it changes the structure of the item that is being refrigerated. If you refrigerate oil - it becomes solid, let it come to room temp and it's liquid again. This is not good because the more you break a bone in the same spot - the weaker it gets.
