Oh I forgot to mention, I really don't have any sore muscles or pain in my body, just this stinky problem and stinky armpits too, and strong body, even when I cut out junk food. Right now all I eat is home cooked food, I hate fast food, and I don't drink regular milk, not even soy, I like rice or almond milk, I eat chicken and beef like once a month. I got off the vegan diet when I didn't see improvementsn, maybe I didn't give it enough time(two monthes).
