Did you experience more outbreaks during your cleanses? I seem to be experiencing this (while Bowel Cleansing and Liver Flushing). Also, do you think that the main cause of Acne (especially on cheeks which i get too much of) is due to unhealthy bowels rather than Liver?

I have lost too much weight, I just don't know how to put it all back on without eating junk!!!
