Why can I not cure my acne??

I have been following the last Acne solution program off and on for well over a year now. I have tried EFAs over and over, I have enhanced my digestion and cleaned up my diet..I have done 3 Bowel Cleanses where I passed alot of mucoid plaque and intestinal gunk. I have done a total of 6 liver purges which is how many it took to rid the stones..I have reestablished friendly bacteria. I have taken aloe and amino acid products time and time again to help heal the bowel lining. I have taken antifungals to kill candida none of these things have improved my Acne at all...It looks the same as it always has..I am only 21 years old and i really dont know what else to do...Its scary to think im this young but still have such a compromised and congested system...Can someone please help me....
