Outbreak of acne after amalgam fillings

breakout of Acne after having Amalgam fillings!

im 16 years old... last week i had 2 Amalgam fillings - 1 on each side of my lower teeth. the day after, i noticed outbreak of spots in 2 areas - 1 breakout on each side of my lower cheeks. i just thought these were normal breakouts until today when I was reading on here that Amalgam fillings can lead to acne.. So i was hmmm ok this must be it! amalgam fillings = acne.

has anyone else noticed outbreaks after having these fillings?

is there anything simple i can do to get the mercury out of my body except by getting acne? or do i have to get the fillings out and replaced with the white fillings?
