The cysts are due to the obstruction of the sebaceous cysts which could get secondarily infected appearing as cystic acne. Homeopathic Medicine has good remedies like Merc,Sulph, Calc sulph, Kali brom,etc to get rid of the cysts and prevent them from recurring too.
