Re: my battle is over:)
hi john,
the malic acid helps soften stones, so does orthophosphoric acid- i believe both are in apple juice. if you don't want to drink loads of ajuice- (and some people can't cause of excess candida) you can pick up food grade malic acid at your local health food store. if you go with orthoph.acid you will probably have to order it online.
bentonite/apple cider vinegar masks are pretty simple- you can pick up
Bentonite at a health foods store (i would pick up the powder form) and also pick up a bottle of organic unrefined apple cider vinegar. basically you mix a teaspoon of each and apply the cream to your face- wait about 15 min and wash off. you'll feel your face pulsing (the blood rushing to the surface) basically clay absorbs toxins and apple cider vinegar is an exfoliant-
papaya masks- you can go the old school way and mash papaya and honey or pick up some papaya peel stuff- basically papaya is a natural alternative to retin-a... so it helps exfoliate, lighten spots etc....
honestly- ever since my face has cleared up, i just stick to the basics (flushing and stuff) spots and scars will fade w/time... but if you're motivated i suggest the clay/vinegar masks.
