by the way, chloride in swimming pool may instigate flareup again. swimming pool also dries ur skin, these are mojor drawbacks, beware! anyway u may not want to expose ur legs and arms in the swimming pool. perhaps try go to a remote beach or sun bath in private place, if possible. Tweet
