The acnefreein3days seems interesting. I have no idea what kind of information he provides, so I can not say much. But if you do decide to get the book please let me know what his program is like.

The other site I checked out looks like it is just another lotion. It might give you temporary results at the very least, but don't expect more than that.

I have used leo kiesen's " Acne miracle" ebook, and would wholly recommend that book. It is worth it's weight in GOLD. You can check it out at http://natural-acne-treatments.com. The ebook is about $40 also. I can vouch that Leo Kiesen's Acne miracle works, but it takes a lot of hard work. It incorporates dietary supplements to balance the hormones, and then some cleanses. Acne is a sign of INTERNAL problems. That is why if you do any external regimen, the results are temporary at best.
