• Lowered HDL and LDL by Shell for years I have had high cholesterol controlled by medication. But never could get my HDL high enough or my LDL low enough. Diet and exercise did not work for me. But with my blood work last week both my HDL and LDL are, for the first time, well within normal range.

  All cholesterol levels (good and bad) have improved significantly back to normal levels as can be proved by test results. Good cholesterol HDL, improved from 52 to 54. Above 45 should be maintained according to resources. Bad cholesterol improved and decreased from 142 to 93, now well below 130. Total cholesterol decreased from 213 to 162, back to normal range now well below 200. Triglycerides were below 150, but were further reduced from 95 to 73!!

  I have done 11 liver/gb cleanses, but haven't done one in over 2 months or so. The last time I had my chol checked it was 288.  I recently was at the Dr for a physical which included blood work. My chol level was down to 217. I was flabbergasted because I had NOT made a lifestyle change. The only thing I had done differently was the cleanses!!

  THEN I did 48 days of the Master Cleanse. This is a juice fast in which you drink only one thing: a lemonade made of fresh lemon or lime juice, grade b maple syrup, water and cayenne pepper. That's it! And tons of water. I did this for 48 days. I kept a journal on the MC forum, here at curezone--what a saga!   THEN I did another 10 days on juices! Fresh fruit juice in the morning, fresh vegetable in the PM.  On days 38, 48 and 59 I had a series of colonics. WONDERFUL results! Incredible results!!! Among which, my skin has completely changed.

  Iodine is necessary, but other sources besides white table salt should be used. I eat salmon and kelp and alfalfa and don't think that iodine is lacking in my diet.  Table salt is irradiated and refined and was causing bad reactions in my thyroid. When I stopped using it for the family I discovered the iodized salt had been what was causing my sons vitiligo (pigmentless spots common in families with thyroid trouble).

  So we do the enema. Out comes stuff that looks like it came out of ME! (And I have an archaeological dig inside!) Rocks! Genuine mucoid plaque! Fluffy stuff! Sand! Copious amounts of garbage.  WELL HALLELUJAH!  A MIRACLE! He has instant relief! He is still weak, but his breathing has never since gone off the charts like it was doing. He has had NO more dizzy spells. He slept through the night with only very minor snoring. He is still sleeping now at 7:30 am, and usually cannot sleep past 5. I'd say... he is healing!

  I will keep doing the liver flushes because I want the improvements to be permanent. They are not yet. I have had severe chemical sensitivities for two years. When I need to do another liver flush my old reactions to chemicals and perfumes come back.

  There are many types of eczemas. You seem to be describing what is termed 'contact dermatitis'. This type of eczema occurs when the skin comes into contact with an allergen/irritant and develops a flareup in the region of contact. In this case, it is important to identify the allergen/irritant (instigator for the breakout); so that it can be removed from your environment.

  Once again went with the Hulda method. The only changes I made was instead of water with the ES, I used organic pressed apple juice. It made a world of difference in getting it down. When I drank the OO/GJ mix and went to bed, I laid on my right side and could really feel the pressure build and release from my liver. (no GB had that taken out last year BEFORE I found this site.)
