Glorious water. Once you start drinking it everyday even when you don't want to, your body starts to crave it. I don't even want to pick up a soda or anything, just water, sometimes juice. Take it from me, a former water hater. DRINK IT! It's good.
I just carry a water bottle everywhere with me. I don't even like cold water anymore. It has to be room temp or so. Your body will adjust to it and begin to really enjoy it. Trust me.
