I really hate it when people use acronyms for things without saying what they are anywhere in the body of the message. What is an "MC" fast? I enjoyed the post, but half of it is useless to me because you make the assumption everyone knows what "MC" stands for. Rules of grammar and writing say that the first use of an acronym should have the full term spelled out. After that, it's o.k. to use just the acronym. Come on, people!
