referral for doctor anyone?

Hellow,

I live in Washington DC. I really need a referral for a doctor for natural hormone replacement. I vomit on my period as well as have severe cramping and moodiness. THe sonogram showed no fibroids.


I'd appreciate any referrals and any recommendations for a book on this topic.
