Finally got the book.....

Typical last minute, because my dr's appt. is Tuesday.

Just scanned through it and started reading it. Very pleasant read, down to earth.
I had visions that it was a dry medical book and the man was German.

I was surprised when my doctor wrote the name of the book without hesitation. Now I figured he must know him, he is from Worcester,MA and that is where my doctor is.

Hope you get around to reading it.
