"Fasting" forum

He may have asked. This forum is titled "Fasting" first, then once in it says Master Cleanse and Lemonade. To me (and possibly many newcomers) that would indicate "fasting" as the main topic, just with a focus on the MC.

I dunno, just struck me that people looking for fasting information or discussion would naturally look at the main topic first. If the consensus here actually is that this is ONLY a Master Cleanse Lemonade forum, then maybe we could ask if the name could be changed to reflect that to ease confusion and a new general "Fasting" forum could be created.

However, fasting is more than just the Master Cleanse, although most liquid "fasts" do share similarities (no intake of solid food being the most obvious, but quicker release of toxins being another.)
