what helped me too was i washed the area with a papertowel wet with a bit of slightly antibacterial soap (non irritating) after movements..
it seeme dto help esp afte ri wipe doff the soap with a cold we tpaper towel after...
i knwo you are not on the mc / bu ttha tsure helpe dme with tat cayenne coming out each time i did the mcs. (have only done 2 to date)
esp when you goto sleep iagree a nice sooth dab of oil
would prbably help and try not to strain/even tho the lax teas makre you ffel liek you have more to push out..
it is really jstu th eintestinines contracting jstu breath relax and get up/
you know youcan run back if nee dot do more... don't sit htere and strain .. (not saying you are... just IF)
