Bottom Line

If you guys will leave me alone I'm outta here. If you start saying garbage about me, I'll keep posting. And I'll point out flawed thinking and give advice that will be contrary to as many people as need it. You leave me alone, I'll leave you alone. You keep stirring it up and I'll just answer questions for people and try to direct them best I can, and it won't be the answers you'll like. Still, you could do worse than consulting Fuhrman's books (who someone criticized from just reading the website and not his books, now that's fair isn't it?) and negated Walford, saying it's passe--there are boards for that school too, with many of the postings difficult to read because of the science, (and people receiving tremendous benefit, again attacking the man and not the Science that is supported by numerous scientific study--and we're all benefactors of animal studies) and Bragg, saying it's 30 years old, (without mentioning how long ago Burrough's pulished his cleanse that he received via "inspritation") who died in his late 80's or early 90's from a surfing accident. Quite a testimonial for a way to go as far as I'm concerned.
