This is something I started recently. A couple of years ago, I tried juice fasting and every now and then a master cleanse. I also switched to a raw food and negative calorie diet every now and then. I went from 170 to 115, and I'm only about 5'2 petite female.
The 120-115 can mostly be attributed to exercise.
I got pretty toned at that time (I've gotten back up to 125 the last year after not doing any dieting or much exercise at all); however, there was always that little bit of extra skin that made me look ...not so toned.
I always read about dry-brushing. It increases circulation and helps reduce cellulite as well as reduce/prevent verocose veins...also tughtens the skin and exfoliates.
I just thought I'd share the practice with any of you who are looking for a way to get rid of the extra flab/skin, because no matter how much toning and core strengthening exercises you do, they won't get rid of it...
