That's very sweet! I had posted with the subject line: Safflower Oil and RubyRed Grapefruits work great!, then I described how my first flush went. It was more of an educational thing to let people know that they don't have to struggle with gagging down a nasty tasting concoction.

I just figured people were offline. To be honest, I hate to complain about this format, but it's pretty terrible. I wish that the ones with the last response would pop up to the top of the list. Threads go to back pages very quick with this format....makes it easy to forget important posts.

Ok...enough complaining because I'm SO GRATEFUL for this board!
