My guess is that any fat could cause an attack, but I am not an expert. When an attack happens take 1 tablsp. of Epsom Salt in a glass of water, repeat in 2 hours if necessary. This always works from what I have read.
Furtunately, I have never had a gall bladder attack, considering that I cleared more than 2 quarts of stuff from my liver/gallbladder. :-) Giz.
