Flush #15

hello, this weekend I've done my flush #15.
I have released 70 green stones, from lentil to hazelnut size. Summed up, this gives a total of 1710 stones in 15 flushes (only counting stones above lentil/half pea size).

The reason to writing this post is to share with you my optimism. In my Liver Flushes #1 to #3 I unnoticedly lost 5 kg, my skin and digestion improved, and from then, flush after flush I've been feeling more calmed (at the beginning the calmness lasted 2-3 days, now it lasts for about 8-10 days).

Also -and this is new- from flush #13 on, I've started to experience some reduction in my allergy. It's not much, but the trends is clear. I think Dr Clark was right and probably 2000 stones will make a difference in terms of allergy.

When I reach 2000 I will post a detailed message with my experience and learnings.
