A couple things you'll learn as you become more knowledgable about alternative (holistic) health. There is no "one cure" and that everyone's healing journey is somewhat different. There are some underlying principles that do seem to remain fairly constant though. Another thing is that certain modalities are more useful for particular people at particular times along their path.
The bottom line? Proper nutrition for your body type and healing needs. Healthy emotional status. Healthy spiritual status. Cleansing and detoxification as required. Avoidance of known health(on all holistic levels) destroying factors.
Have you seen a chart of alkaline foods? This may be helpful. Also consider that if your currently sensitive to a particular food, that may even be considered alkaline,
that it will cause an acidic response do to an immuno cascade within yur body.
