Poor Mel, Take a bit of practical advise from an old woman. Get enough money behind you to give yourself some financial security. Even better get a little pad of your own and see who you like, but don't let any of them move in. In this day and age it's the best way to survive the break up of any relationship, and the men you do see will treat you so much better. If they are causing you trouble tell them to go. Don't give anyone a financial leaverage over you, even if it's a struggle.It sounds hard but it's so much better for the heart. Sending you love and light , Deotima.
