I've also added Tae Bo. My boyfriend brought me some Billy Blank DVDs. I love them.
So far I've lost some weight and I am feeling thinner.
I haven't lost as much as I expected but it's only day 5... but the naturopath says that I should be losing more especially since I'm doing Tae Bo. He thinks I'm doing something wrong. He thinks I'm not following the directions close enough like drinking too much water. I agree I'm drinking more water... but it's so hot in Jamaica right now. I just sit here and sweat. I need to really measure the liquids. I guess I'm pretty skeptical that I can have too much water.
Well I guess if I'm going to do it I have to follow the rules.
