Pounds Melting Away - Surprised Me (pleasantly)

Started a Cleanse/Nutrition program 2 weeks ago, consisting of 1 day of cleanse at the beging, day 2-14 of 2 meal replacement nutrition shakes and a regular meal, day 15 another clease.

After the first cleanse day, 4 lbs vanished :-); after day 2-14 another lb went somewhere; after day 15 cleanse, another 3lbs melted away :-).

My gosl is a 30lb reduction...so only 22 more to go. I am surprised that this is so "easy", because I was not denying my self an occasional cafe mocha at starbucks...and it work anyway.

WhoooHoooo I'm happy. Can't wait to see what the second 2 week period brings.
